Low fat burgers with lots of flavor

99 % Lean Ground Turkey | 1 lb |
Black Beans, rinsed, drained and slightly mashed | 1 can |
Tortilla Chips, crushed | 3/4 cup |
Chili Powder | 1 Tbs |
Ground Cumin | 1 Tbs |
Garlic Powder | 1 tsp |
Onion Powder | 1 tsp |
Salt | 2 tsp |
Pepper | 1 tsp |
Olive Oil | 2 Tbs |
Avocado, sliced, for garnish | 1 |
Sour Cream for garnish | |
Salsa, for garnish |
Instructions

Heat oil in heavy pan.

In a large bowl combine all ingredients.

Using your hands form into burgers. (6).

Brown burgers on each side. Cover and cook burgers on medium heat until no longer pink in the middle and reach an internal temperature of 165.

Serve on toasted buns of your choice. Garnish with Salsa, sour cream, and avocado slices.
