Turkey & Black Bean Burgers

Low fat burgers with lots of flavor

Ingredients List

99 % Lean Ground Turkey 1 lb
Black Beans, rinsed, drained and slightly mashed 1 can
Tortilla Chips, crushed 3/4 cup
Chili Powder 1 Tbs
Ground Cumin 1 Tbs
Garlic Powder 1 tsp
Onion Powder 1 tsp
Salt 2 tsp
Pepper 1 tsp
Olive Oil 2 Tbs
Avocado, sliced, for garnish 1
Sour Cream for garnish
Salsa, for garnish

Instructions

1 Heat oil in heavy pan.
2 In a large bowl combine all ingredients.
3 Using your hands form into burgers. (6).
4 Brown burgers on each side. Cover and cook burgers on medium heat until no longer pink in the middle and reach an internal temperature of 165.
5 Serve on toasted buns of your choice. Garnish with Salsa, sour cream, and avocado slices.
