- Ground cumin

|Black Beans, rinsed, drained and slightly mashed||1 can|
|Tortilla Chips, crushed||3/4 cup|
|Chili Powder||1 Tbs|
|Ground Cumin||1 Tbs|
|Garlic Powder||1 tsp|
|Onion Powder||1 tsp|
|Olive Oil||2 Tbs|
|Avocado, sliced, for garnish||1|
|Sour Cream for garnish|
|Salsa, for garnish|
1 Heat oil in heavy pan.
2 In a large bowl combine all ingredients.
3 Using your hands form into burgers. (6).
4 Brown burgers on each side. Cover and cook burgers on medium heat until no longer pink in the middle and reach an internal temperature of 165.
5 Serve on toasted buns of your choice. Garnish with Salsa, sour cream, and avocado slices.
