- Ground Turkey
- Yellow or Orange Pepper, Chopped
- Celery, sliced

- Corn
- Diced Tomatoes
- Black beans
- Ground cumin
- Chili powder
- Oregano
- Sugar or sweetener

Baked salmon with a teriyaki marinade

Salmon Fillets | 2 |
Sesame Oil | 1 tsp |
Garlic Clove | 1 |
Grated Fresh Ginger | 1/2 tsp |
Soy Sauce | 2 Tbs |
Rice Vinegar | 1 tsp |
Brown Sugar (or substitute ) | 1 tsp |
Instructions

Mix all marinade ingredients together in a small bowl and pour into large plastic bag.

Place salmon in bag and marinate for 15 minutes to 1/2 hour. (Longer may result in salmon being too salty.)

Place salmon on cookie sheet covered with non stick foil.

Bake in 400 degree oven for 10-15 minutes until salmon is cooked through (145 measured on meat thermometer.
