- Onion, sliced
- Carrot, sliced
- Mushrooms, sliced
- Dry White Wine
- Flour
- Chicken Stock

Veggies, beans and ground Turkey

Ground Turkey | 1 lb |
Yellow or Orange Pepper, Chopped | 1 |
Celery, sliced | 2 stocks |
Onion, sliced | 1 |
Corn | 1 cup |
Diced Tomatoes | 2 cans |
Black beans | 1 can |
Ground cumin | 1 Tbs |
Chili powder | 1 Tbs |
Oregano | 1 tsp |
Sugar or sweetener | 1 tsp |
Instructions

Cook crumbled ground turkey in a large, heavy pan.

After turkey is cooked, add peppers, onions, celery and corn and cook until vegetables and limp.

Add diced tomatoes and black beans

Add spices and cook until hot and bubbly.

Top with cheese or sour cream and enjoy!
