- Ground Turkey
- Yellow or Orange Pepper, Chopped
- Celery, sliced
- Onion, sliced
- Diced Tomatoes
- Black beans
- Ground cumin
- Chili powder
- Sugar or sweetener
A hearty stew you can eat with a fork.
|Stew Beef||1 1/2 lbs|
|Dark Beer||1 bottle|
|Carrots, coarsely shopped||3|
|Medium Potatoes, coarsely chopped||3|
|Italian Spice Blend (oregano, basil, marjoram||2 Tbs|
|Worcestershire Sauce||1 Tbs|
|Salt to taste|
1 Heat oil in dutch oven or heavy pot and brown stew beef. Season with salt & pepper
2 Stir in flour. Add beer and bake in oven for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
3 Remove from oven and add the vegetables, the worcestershire sauce and spices.
4 Return to oven and bake about an hour.
